First Impression
Your forum looks very easy and simple. But too much!
try to add some images and keep it more colorful... It won't be boring like now!

Forum design
As i told you above try to add more images; in forum descriptions, in the navbar, ecc.
Change the "grey" into another color and get it happy
You can use our graphic section [forum adverts]

Groups & members
Groups are simple and easy to understand. Well done.
But try to change name into something original like:
